The author is currently an Economics Tutor at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He has previously analysed Glasgow’s business base, the cost effectiveness of public funding of the arts in Glasgow and is currently analysing the impact of information technology on Glasgow’s small businesses. This is his second evaluation of the Coach House Trust, having been completed during the period July – September 2005
