Peer mentoring training

The Coach house has started a new initiative 'peer mentoring'. This involves experienced staff and participants receiving training to SVQ level 3 to enable them to work with participants. Peer mentoring is advantageous in the work setting. Mentorees may feel more comfortable learning from a peer than in a hierarchical setting, they also benefit from the bonds they form with colleagues …
